My work combines acting training, 20+ years of experience working with people, and a unique perspective shaped by growing up around founders and entrepreneurs. The result is practical, experiential training that gets people out of their heads and into the room.

My Approach
I don’t approach communication as a collection of corporate talking points.
My work is rooted in the Meisner Technique, an acting methodology built around presence, listening, responsiveness, and truthful interaction.
I take those principles out of the rehearsal room and into the real world.
My perspective is also shaped by years of professional experience and by growing up as the child of founders, giving her a firsthand understanding of the dynamics, pressures, communication styles, and personalities that come with building something of your own.
The result is training that is experiential rather than passive.
The goal isn't to teach people how to “act.” It's to help people become better at being human with other humans.
