My Turn is a three-month private mentorship designed to help you reconnect with your essence, the unique spark that makes you YOU, and gain the clarity, confidence, and inspiration to make choices aligned with who you truly are and create a life filled with more passion, purpose, and fulfillment.

What if you stopped putting yourself last, starting today?

There’s a different version of you underneath the responsibilities, expectations, accomplishments, and endless to-do lists. The part of you that has opinions, desires, dreams, creativity, curiosity, and a life of her own.

Through experiential, personalized sessions influenced by the first year of the Meisner Technique, you’ll learn to get out of your head, into your body, listen to yourself, trust what you feel, and respond to life from a more grounded and authentic place. This is your turn to remember what makes you.

This might be for you if...

01

You’ve probably gotten pretty good at taking care of everything and everyone and getting shit done.

But somewhere between the busyness, expectations, and responsibilities of life, you lost touch with who you are at your core.

02

You’re in between chapters:

navigating a career transition, a relationship shift, a new season of motherhood, or simply wondering, What’s next for me? You know you're ready for something different, but you're not quite sure what that looks like or which direction to take.

03

You can feel it. There's something more calling you.

Something you're meant to explore, create, or experience, even if you can't quite put your finger on what it is. You just know you're craving more passion, purpose, and that feeling of being fully ALIVE.

My Turn is for creative, thoughtful, driven women who know there's more to life than checking boxes and going through the motions. Women who crave deeper connection with themselves, the people they love, and the world around them, and a life filled with passion, purpose, and authentic self-expression.

Two women are sitting in a living room having a conversation, with a window showing parked cars outside. One woman with dark curly hair is sitting on a brown chair and wearing a beige jacket. The other woman, also with curly hair, is standing and speaking animatedly, wearing a tan sleeveless top and ripped jeans. There is a small plant, a white mug, a notebook, and a pen on the coffee table.

The Four R Method

My Turn follows a four-part improvisational process:

01
Reconnect

Learn how to slow down and be present. Connect with intuition, and the core of who you are. We will identify your defense mechanisms and dismantle them so that you get to choose when you want to use them.

02
Remember

Recognize the parts of yourself that may have been quieted by responsibility, expectation, perfectionism, or simply the busyness of life.

03
Rediscover

Explore your desires, passions, creativity, opinions, and dreams. Begin to notice what genuinely brings you alive.

04
Reignite

Take action. Push the limits of what you think is possible for yourself. Imagining within a safe container. Playful, safe, imaginary. Step into different shoes. Challenge your edge of comfort.

Why Meisner?

At the heart of My Turn is the first year of the Meisner Technique, an approach originally developed for actors to help them become more present, responsive, and truthful.

You don't need to be an actor to benefit from this work.

In fact, you don't need any acting experience at all.

The practice gives us a way to notice what is actually happening inside us, quiet the self-conscious voice in our heads, listen more deeply, and respond from a place that feels genuine rather than rehearsed.

Being fully yourself isn't just an acting skill. It's a life skill.

What changes?

My Turn isn't about adding another to-do to your list. It's about developing a deeper capacity to be present for your own life.

Over three months, you'll develop practical tools to:

  • recognize and regulate what you're experiencing in the moment

  • become more connected to your feelings and point of view

  • trust yourself and communicate your truth with greater confidence

  • get out of your head and into your body

  • become more present with yourself and the people around you

  • reconnect with passions, creativity, and dreams you may have set aside

  • gain clarity around what you want next

  • begin taking meaningful steps toward the life you actually want

The goal isn't to turn your life upside down. It's to stop moving through it on autopilot.

You can care for the people you love without disappearing inside their needs.
You can pursue a meaningful life without waiting for the “right” time.
You can want something more without knowing exactly what that something is yet.

What if now isn't the right time?

There will always be a reason to wait.

The kids need you. Work is busy. You have other things to figure out first. But what if this season isn't something to get through?

What if it's a gift?

A transition can be an invitation to pause, listen, and decide what you want to carry into your next chapter.

My Turn is a space to do exactly that.

You don't have to have a five-year plan.
You don't have to know your purpose.
You don't have to become a completely different person.

You just have to decide that your life deserves your attention, too.

“Thirty days in, I’m realizing I have actual dreams for my future. I had none, then the possibility of something. Now, clearer pictures of what it could look like are emerging. Crazy!”
